If you're getting pressure to the caliper, but no braking action, the piston must be frozen somehow, assuming pads are correctly assembled. If brakes are new, they should be inspected carefully.

good luck

Its been doing this with both calipers so I'm doubting the calipers both were frozen, would pins being in wrong holes make a big difference?

I don't know but they must be different for a reason.

good luck

Any shop manual will address this issue. Check Diy forum for a download manual. Any 90-93 Accord will do.

good luck

I am almost 100% sure the pin with the rubber seal goes on top of the caliper.

If you look at each bolt head for the slide pin, one will have a G and the other an L will be stamped on it. Look at the caliper, because there will be a G stamped on the bottom and a L stamped on top.

OK, so pins are correct, I have bled the entire system multiple times and still get a spongy pedal that drops halfway to the floor before getting any braking. I am beyond lost. Everything is new

Are the bleeders on the calipers pointing up towards the sky, or towards the ground?

Up of course, this problem began before replacing calipers, it is now just continuing

As pointed out earlier, if you have pressure to brake caliper and no braking action on the wheel, caliper pistion is frozen or brakes assembled incorrectly. Time to dissasemble brakes and find out what's wrong.

good luck
