Having an issue with my sons 2012 accord 2.4l auto trans. The carrier bearing on the left side (drivers side) on the transmission is believed to be shot. It is making noise and loosing fluid. Need to know if this is a fairly easy repair or something more involved.

Make sure where the leaking fluid is actually coming from. I don't really know 2012s that much but those bearing normally don't have a "supply" of fluid to leak. Some grease to get past the seals, but if there's actual transmission fluid leaking it's probably coming from somewhere else.
