Thanks, it looks like I will go with conventional and find what is on sale to change more often as a general rule. I like the viscosity of conventional for my machine.

Any preference on oil filters?
- Honda OEM, Fram, Napa basic
- Stick to prices $3 to under $10?

 

Here again, like oil, filters are pretty much a religion; choose which ever brand you want, it will make no difference in how long your engine lasts.

 

Just make sure if you are doing longer intervals buy the appropriate filter. You say your going conventional so what best suits you
