Hello, i have recently bought a 1994 Honda Accord EX. The blinkers don't work nor do the headlights. I have checked all fuses and relays. The hazards work and so do the brake lights. I cant figure out what the problem is. The driver side corner light is busted out and the connections are just hanging there, but the passenger side one turns on. What can i do to fix this problem? I have tried to use an OHM meter to test to see if power was getting to the head lights and i don't believe there is power. I dont even know where to being to look for the problem. Any suggestions?

Some damn fuses were MISSING in the fuse box under the hood. WOW

 

Well at least it was an easy fix
