Default Blower works with full speed

Hi, I'e found some similar posts but not really helpful to my issue. Problem is that air blower is working with full speed. All control buttons do not work at all. Also temp. cannot be regulated. There is not internal set temp displayed on the screen. Also outside temp is not displayed( only --.-). I have suspected a blower resistor but it didn't help. It is a 2007 sat nav ictdi version. I have run a self diagnostic and climat is coming red(rest of the systems are green.
Please help.
Thanks

Have you done any work on your car before this issue started?

Did you try the self diagnostics from the thread below? Look at the last post, because it gives a different procedure for an accord with climate control.

No I have not. About two years ago this issue was coming only sometimes. Usually after long rain. Now it is all the time. I have done a basic diagnostic by pressing a map+menu+cancel buttons for about 10 sec. and it comes with a climate faulty. After the diagnostic I have pressed a exit/return button. Now every time when I will switch a ignition on it comes with it comes with a diagnostic screen. I was waiting 10 min to finish the diagnostic but nothing happened. Is it possible to stop this diagnostic screen coming up?
Looks like I made it even wares then before.
Many thanks for a help.
