Does anyone know where I can get a new "original Honda" replacement trunk lid for an 04 Accord 4-dr. besides the dealer at a reasonable price???

I called Majestic Honda in Rhode Island but they won't ship it to me... they were almost $175 cheaper than a dealer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated... getting screwed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. whom won't replace the lid with a new Honda trunk lid... they want to use a "used" part.

The hoods cost about $140.00 to ship into most areas of the USA, the freight is high..

I take it that this Majestic Honda in Rhoad Island is not a real Honda dealer..that's what it sounds like from the way you put it in your post...

And why an OEM hood? there's always carbon fiber hoods to look at also...

If it was me I'd take the used lid as long its the same color. It will match better and cost much less. Do not buy aftermarket parts they SUCK and dent way easy.
