Default boing noise in window regular when apply brakes

I have a 05 accord coupe 4 cyl. Earlier this year the driver's power window stopped working. I cleaned the elec connectors, changed the regulator and it still did not work. I reinstalled the old regular and then installed a new window motor and the window up/down worked fine. After a few months went by, whenever the brake petal was depressed I could hear a faint noise in the regulator like a spring was being released and then the power window motor stopped working. About 10 seconds or so later, I would hear a faint click and the window motor began to work again.

Can anyone help explain what is going on and how to make a repair?

Thanks for any help on this strange thing.

I did go in previously and tighten everything up. Didn't make any difference.
