bought 1999 accord

Default bought 1999 accord
have one key thought didnt have chips but key did have a chip where is best place to get keys cheaperthen dealer also how do u know if car came with remotes and where do I get new remotes other then dealer

Keys from a locksmith are usually cheaper. Look in phone book for locksmiths that advertise e-key replacements. Most do these days.

As far as whether it came with remotes, what kind of Accord is it?

Country (USA or other)?
EX, LX, DX, ?? V-6?
