Brake light is on

In my dad's 2000 accord coupe v4 the Brake light is on. The hand brake is all the way down and the brakes are fine. Anyone know whats up?

Check the brake fluid. If it's down, the light will illuminate.

Flaky switch at the handbrake lever? It's a little cheap button thing & the bracket might be bent?

The brake-fluid reservoir cap has a float-switch that might be sticking?
