Brake & TCS light
Bought a used Honda 03' Accord in Feb. 10', Lights first came on Father's day. Brought to my mechanic and he changed my pads and rotors, fixed my squeek and brakes have better "feel", but lights are still on. He hooked up to a scanner? that told him to check pin 41 or 49 in Tracking Control Module...not sure what my next step is! please advise.(V6,Auto)

I will have to check with my mechanic on the code, called local Honda dealer to chk for any possible lifetime warranties, but they would have to check it out for themselves to determine actual problem...do I have a choice?
There are always 'choices'
The problem is having a compatable scan tool to get the code.
Codes are 2 digits.....such as 4-3.
The most common problems are wheel sensors, you can test them with a multi-meter.
As far as taking it to the dealership, the first thing to ask for is a VIN Status Inquiry.
Ask for a copy.
That will show any warranty work done and any warranty program outstanding.
If they charge you $75 for a diagnosis, thats way cheaper than buying a scan tool, and you can always decline the repair and do it yourself.
