Default BRAKES?! HELP!?

I have a 1986 Honda and I am trying to find out what the problem is with the brakes without going broke having different mechanics look at the vehicle. When driving the vehicle it's as if the brakes are trying to lock up, it slows the car down, makes it drive real bad. Any idea's? We have replace the brake booster and the master cylinder, pads, rotors and the clibers?! The car still does not drive right, any ideas?

Most likely the push rod lenght is not adjusted properly,, if it is too long it will lock up the brakes after driving car a bit ..Have the shop readjust the brake master cylinder rod /booster lenght .

Iwould agree with possibility of the brake push rod needs adjusted.
I've seen this a lot of times with Aftermarket Master Cylinders.

The adjustment is very small between having locked up brakes and a deep pedal.
