Angry Brakes lights stay on

Ok, I recently found out that my brake lights do not work when the brakes are pressed. After checking all the fuses, I ended up replacing the stop fuse in the engine fuse box. Now the my brakes lights wont turn off. The car came with an aftermarket spoiler which is wired into the third brake which the thought may have been the problem so I disconnected it. I plugged the fuse back in but the lights still stay on. On top of that my right blinker hyperblinks. Weird thing about that is my rear blinker works fine but the front one doesn't. The bulb isn't burned out and works fine the blinker isn't on. Can someone please help me with this? I'm about to pull my hair out figuring this out.

There is a plastic stopper that the brake switch presses against when the brake is not pressed. Check that it is still there....did you happen to see strange little plastic pieces on the floor?

Then for the blinkers.....what year is this car?

What Poorman is describing is a component of the brake lever assembly in the car.
