Default Broken Lug Bolt on 2000 Accord LX

So today I was taking my wheels off to replace the brake pads and I broke off the lug bolt on the driver side wheel.

I've read a few places that it's a pain because you have to take everything apart and then I've also read that you can take the 2 screws off and pop the plate off and that gives you access to remove the bolts. Which is right?

Would it be possible that I could just remove the screws?

Thanks for the help!

That is the info I needed! Thanks!

I need to borrow my friends grinder tomorrow.

How long do you think I can drive on it and how safe would it be? I need to get to and from work tomorrow and then I can fix it after I get off work. Would it be safe to do? Would it bend the rotor at all?

Thanks!
