Hey guys I have this new 01 Accord that drove fine home, now it is struggling to idle. Here is a list of what I want to check out, feel free to add anything. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Clean throttle body
clean out idle air control valve
fix this vacuum line although I am unsure what it is exactly. Anyone know?

 

Where does the other end go?

 

Looks "kind of" like the trans vent.....?

OP-when was the last tune up (cap, rotor, plugs, inspect wires)?

 

That is the trans vent, it is not supposed to be connected to anything on that end, the other end goes to the transmission
