Default bumper cover repair

Hey guys, someone at a local grocery store hit my 2011 accord without me knowing. Anyways, I want to repair this tear without bringing the car to the shop because they're gonna charge a lot for a little rip. I've heard of bondo but I have never had experience with using it and I want to have other possibly better DIY options.

In my honest opinion I would just leave it. It looks like it is very small. Any do it yourself paint job over the bondo or whatever you decide to fill it in with is going to look worse and be far more noticeable than the little tear in the plastic.

Go to the dealer and talk to the used car manager, they usually have guys/contacts that come around and fix stuff like that on their used inventories...out here it used to be a outfit called "colors on parade" that did bumper refurb. I think they only charged about 125 bucks and did it in a couple of hours.
