Default Buying advice

Hey everyone, tomorrow I plan on buying a 2005 Accord V6 EX with navigation system 6Spd with almost 34K miles

It has all these options:

Safety
•Anti-Theft Device•4-wheel ABS brakes•Head airbags - Curtain 1st and 2nd row•Passenger Airbag•Traction control - ABS and drivelineInterior
•Heated Seats•8-way power adjustable drivers seat•Climate controlled - driver and passenger heated-cushion, driver heated-seatback•Front seat type - Bucket•Heated drivers seat•Heated passenger seat•Leather seats•Rear bench seatsExterior
•Alloy Wheels•Rear Spoiler•Sunroof - power glass•Intermittent window wipers•Privacy/tinted glass Convenience
•6-disc CD Changer•Satellite Radio•Steering Wheel Radio Controls•Remote power door locks•Power windows with 1 one-touch•Air conditioning with dual zone climate control•Cruise control•Audio controls on steering wheel•Universal remote transmitter•Tilt and telescopic steering wheel•Multi-function remote - Trunk/hatch/door, windows•Power mirrors•Remote window operation•External temperature display•Tachometer•Interior air filtration•Navigation system - With voice activation•Overhead console - Mini with storage•Speed-proportional power steering•Clock - In-dash•Rear defogger•Center Console - Full with covered storage
My questions is: are there any common problems i should be aware of? How dependal is the navigation system, quality wise? I read that some go dark, im not sure if this is the year?

Thanks

I don't know of any "common" issues with that vehicle. Haven't seen a whole lot of complaints about them.

I would but that is just way out of my price range, and honestly there is only a few of them in my area. I found some 07 but that 4k more and i just plain and simple cannot afford that.
