A/C Issue

OK, I tried to get the codes based on the instructions listed here Common DIY Threads but I'm not able to get any codes to appear. I tried holding AUTO and OFF at the same time for 1 min and pressing defrost 10x, I tried holding the off and pressing the defrost 10x in less than 10seconds but I can't get it to produce any errors. It must be kid proof.

Ok, might be spliting hairs again......you turn the key to on. Press the auto button. Then press the off button while holding both for one minute.

Do you have nav on this....sorry can't remember. either way the process is the same just the buttons are in different places.
