Default A/C oil capacity question

I have a 95 4 cyl. Accord. I've replaced the evaporator, dryer and compressor. If I understood the service manual correctly I need to add 40 ml or 1 1/3 oz for the evap, 10 ml or 1/3 oz for dryer. The compressor instructions are confusing to me at the least. I have a rebuilt compressor with no oil. If I understand the manual correctly I should add 160ml or 5 1/3 oz for that. So the total would be 210 ml or 7 oz. Can anyone confirm those are the correct amounts?

A Haynes AC manual I have show much less total amount (3-4 oz total).

However, I installed 8 oz double end capped PAG in my 94EX when I overhauled the AC system w/ no problems. My take is the oil amount is not critical. I like to go over rather than low. Somewhere around 6 oz should be fine.

Check ackits.com for PAG and orings for the system.

Pull a long hard vacuum before recharging.

good luck
