I tried putting some R-134A in and think I failed miserably. I thought it was going in the low pressure port and then my

out the refridgerant. im not turning the ac on to save the compressor. or did i do something worse?

I doubt there is permanent damage, but a fix will require some professional help. Charging w/ a Walmart kit is russion roulette. It only works if the system is low on charge, which frequently is not the case.

Thanks Texas! There is a clunking noise now, that was not there before..and seems to be a intermittent thing. And it seems that it makes more water than it used to when parking it and such.
