Cable runs from transmission to rear of car?
Trying to replace rear piece of subframe and have all apart but came across a cable from tranny to rear of car and is in the way, any idea what the cable is-Haynes and Chilton's don't mention it. 1995 Honda Accord LX

1st off. you in the wrong area of the forum asking questions...so I will move it.
2nd there is no cable that runs from the trans to the rear of the car. Also I have no idea if your talking about a 5 speed or a auto.
Now you will have cables that run from your trans to your shifter (auto and 5speed) but they don't go to the rear of the car.
You have the e-brake that goes from inside the car (from e-brake) to the rear brakes. You also have a trunk cable that will run from the driver door to the rear of the car. But there is no cable that runs from the engine bay to the rear of the car.
