On the 5th gen manual trans, the starter relay is in the center console.

I can scan the page from the service manual if needed, this is from another source.

Is that what's called the main relay?

Edit* Nevermind, I found it. It is mounted high with the starter main relay. I don't think I would have ever saw that relay. It is one less thought of. Here is a picture:
