Default Can't figure out whats causing this headlight issue...

My front right/passenger side lo beam on my 2007 Accord Coupe 2.4L isn't working. My turn signal and DRL/Hi beam on that side are all working normally. I have replaced both the HID ballast and bulb. I checked the fuse (I think its #7 under the hood-10amps) saw that it was blown, and it replaced it. After replacing the fuse, I turned the car and lo beams on again and still the right side wouldn't turn on. I checked the fuse again, and it was blown again.

Anyone have any ideas of what keeps causing the fuse to blow? I thought I might have a bad ground, but I think I read that the lo and hi beams use the same ground. Maybe I read something that was wrong. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

It probably is under-hood Fuse No. 6 (10A) blowing if it is related to the right side low beam. You probably have a short in the Red/Grn wire that supplies power/voltage for the low beam. A short is an accidental connection of a wire to ground or to another wire.
