cant get timing right
i just had a new f22b1 vtec dropped in and we cant get the timing right so the car wont start any advice?

How did you verify that the timing is off? Do you have spark to each plug?

yes all the spark plugs spark just got new ones to the first cylinder will hit but then the next one wont it make sort of a back fire noise
