car jerks into first automatic

car jerks into first automatic
97 Honda accord special edition 2.2 non vtec automatic
I could use some help here please guys
Here is my issue
I left my sisters last night the speedometer was inop reading zero when I approached a stoplight about half way ome I stopped the car upon green didn't want to take off
I have noticed that when we back out of the driveway the car kinda struggles to take off and jerks into gear but after that it is fine I have already checked the Trans fluid it is full any suggestions?

My check engine light did illuminate on the way home and I checked it today and its a speed performance code??? I will post the exact code when I get home my Speedo is still inoperative. I also didn't know d4 light could flash?
