Car is making a swooshing/swishing sound
Hi,
Sorry to sound like I have no idea about cars, but I really don't have any idea about cars. I own a 2008 honda accord coupe. Back story is that I went to the shop the other day to get an oil change and a tire rotation and they only topped off the windshield liquid. Today and yesterday, I've been hearing a swooshing noise whenever the car is moving. Even when I turned my A/C off, it's still there. Yesterday, it went away for a while, it just started again today. Could it be my tires? They are new. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!!

Is the sounds only there when the car is moving or does it still make the sound when the car is stopped; but, still on?
If it only makes the sound when moving, then go back to wherever you had the tire rotation done and mention it made the noise afterward and have them inspect what may be causing it.
