car stalling

I have a 1990 accord with a 2.2 4 cyl that stalls when driving and starts right back up but stalls again when you start driving.I was told it might be the ICM module in the distributor. Maybe someone could confirm that or any other ideas would be appreciated.
There are a few things that could cause this.... Does it matter if the car is warm or cold? Coming to a stop or anytime just randomly? the ICM is one idea, main relay might cause it as well (solder problem on one of the connections), do a search through here for "stalling" or "stalls" and you'll find more ideas than you want on how to fix it.... give us a little more info on when it occurs/what happens it might be the main relay, fuel pump, fuel filter, ICM is an option, any Check Engine Light on?

Same thing is happening to my 91 accord. I'm driving along fine and then it shuts down without warning (I have learned to deal with driving in the first 2 lanes of the fwys and every ride is an adventure!). The car then starts right back up and doesnt shut down again for a few miles. When it turns off the rpms die and the check engine light comes on. It starts up after a few tries and takes off without an issue. It doesnt seem to be happening at a stop and the first shutdown is usually after 45 minutes of driving. I noticed that it happens more often on the freeway. Could it be a fuel filter or fuel pump thing?
The only reason I say that is because on the streets it seems to happen less frequently and I'm thinking its because the pressure on the gas pedal varies.

it could be the ignitor , the coil, also if you got 1 , you might want to hook up a fuel pressure gauge and monitor it while driving
