Default Carburetor & distributor ?

What were the last years that the 4 cylinder & the V6 used them?

When did Honda start using computers ?

I read in my shop manual and looked around online, and I believe I recall that even my 1985 Accord had a FI model. I personally have the carburetor model. So that is a period where FI/Carb both existed, though I can't be 100% positive. Wiki has good information too concerning their changes, I advise take a look here to get some leads.

Only American.

I wll replace the emission carburator. Plug all the vacuum holes. Buy a American carb with no emmisions on it of the same C F M capacity.

Replace the electronic distributor with a Hopefully, point only type.

Use is in a old racing boat. No regulations cover them.


EDIT

Too much to modify with tose auxilary valves.

Going with simple but much heavier Chevy V6 & V8 engines.
