Gotta have the year, version, engine, etc. For some strange reason, the electrical system & fan controls aren't the same on a 77 Accord as a 2009 Accord.

What CEL error codes are showing?

Starting 2003 for a couple years there's a fan switch in the bottom of the radiator. Sometime before 2006 that became a sensor for the ECU, and the ECU used that (together with other sensors) to decide when to switch the fan.

Sorry, the edits to your original post didn't cause this thread to be labeled as having any new additions. I didn't realize you had added that information.

P2185 = ECT sensor 2 high voltage
Two water temperature sensors, one is in the bottom radiator tank. Other is in the engine right alongside the EGR valve. Not sure right now which one is "sensor 2" but I think it's the one in the radiator.

P0139 = secondary O2 sensor slow response
That sensor is under the car, screwed into the catalytic converter. Slow response is pretty much a sensor fault; wiring fault would be lack-of-signal altogether. Not sure why it would keep coming back?

P0341 = CMP & CKP incorrect phase
CKP (crank position sensor) is mounted into the rear of the chaincase, kinda "pointing towards" the crankshaft.
CMP (camshaft position sensor) I'm not finding that...?? All I see is a couple TDC sensors in the back end of the head (opposite the chain-case).

The code P2185 is the ECT sensor 2, which is the one at bottom of the radiator. But, check the connector if it is loose or had corrosion. You can refer to this thread for more info.

The P0341 is usually not the sensor, it may be due to stretched timing chain (the 4 cylinder uses a timing chain) or the VTC Actuator control solenoid.

You can also refer to this thread for more info.
