Default CEL and surging idle

Ok, here it goes...
About a month ago i used sea foam on the car and i read that sometimes it throws away your idling or something like that. The point is it didnt happen until yesterday. I started the car normally and went to get some gas, after that i drove of and the car seemed to be running as usual but about 5 minutes later at a light i dropped something and started looking for it, when i raised my head again a see the CEL light on and rpms at about 1100. I knew something was off. I stopped at the other light waiting to get on the expressway and the car was still idling a little high, well as soon as it got green i floored it (thinking that this will makeit better). While driving on the expressway i did feel the car a little weird but i guess its just me because on the way back everything was normal and no more idle surging. Oh by the way, when i got to my final destination rpms where normal.

What do you think boys...

it's on the throttle body. DH has a write up on it for the I4 accords in the DYI section. V6 is similar.

the code was P0505. it said idle system malfuncion or something like that.
the intresting thing is that idle went crazy for the second time this morning, it did almost the exact thing it did the first time and the problem was fixed with a hard acceleration up to 90 or something. when it was time to leave work car started up without any problems.... now, what has me curious is that both time this happened the day before i was driving in hard rain and for prolongedtimes, maybe its got something to do...

now, what has to be done to fix this and, how do i remove that anoying CEL light on my dashboard?

That code along with your idle problem is almost always caused by a sticking IACV.
