Has anyone come up with a way to improve the center console so it does not seperate like they all do (especially 94-97). It seems like they all work there way back from the arm resting on the arm rest and applying pressure backwards. Is there a bracket or screw that bends or breaks?

Any ideas on how to fix this for good?

There is a screw that holds the console to the black front bezel. It is under the cup holder. Also there are two screws under a cover in the compartment under the arm rest. Loosen them, push up the center console, then tighten them.
