Not sure if this is posted in correct place but here goes.

I just bought a 2010 Accord LXP about 40,000 miles.
I bought a similar one Certified same dealer a few years ago and no issues.
This time I was very uncomfortable.
Staff is different and not helpful.
I have had the car since January 15 and out about 559 miles total on it.
I noticed a slight noise on the passenger side when braking. Kind of a low grumble like maybe the brakes.
I called dealer and they said front brake pads were replaced at 39.500 but not rotors and said I would have to pay for any service.
I have only put 559 miles on the car.
The certified info for the 12/12 mentions brakes. On the phone the staff insisted 12/12 nad nothing to do with brakes and nothing would be covered.
I have it right on the Honda website where it says brakes under 12/12.
I am really irate.
Does any know where i can get an exact copy of every last detail of the certified pre owned warranty?
I can not find a complete copy any palce with all details.
Also-is it me or is that really odd that the dealer refuses to help with something on a car that has only been driven 559 miles?

 

It almost sounds like your previous Accord was certified, but not necessarily this one??? Or maybe I'm just reading your statement incorrectly.

If it IS certified, they should have given you the paperwork with those details.
