Default Change struts?

When should i change my struts on a 97 honda accord with 107,000 miles on it?

A simple test for struts is to shove down on the corner of the car and let go, the car body should not 'bounce' but come back up without resettling again;
also look for fluid leakage around the top 1/2 of the struts.
there is not really a "set in stone" milage replacement

Makes me wonder why you ask?
