cheap upgrades

i have a low budget and a desire to go fast lol.. what would be some cheaper mods to start out with.

Or save even MOAR money and forget the parachute! If you want to go fast for free, just find a friends who owns (Dad owns) a fast car and drive it. Without his permission.
