i have 2002 honda accord v6 my check engine light cam on with error code
0401 which is exhaust gas recirculation flow , i change the EGR clean the area turn off the light but it came back on 4 hours later i did the process again and it cam back on again . also my TCS light which is my traction control censor light come on simotineously with the check engine light. i am due for my inspection and don't know how to address this issue

According to the web the solution is fixing the clogged egr port after removing the intake. The TCS light also coming on from my search is pretty common. Someone who has actually done this service should be along soon. The web mentions a kit that is installed with pipe.
