I have a 1993 Honda Accord and when I jump the wires on the passenger side. My check engine lite blinks 6 times stops then blinks 9 times. Can someone tell me what the code is. Thnx

 

Or it could be 2 different codes. It blinks 6 times then stops and blinks 9 times

 

The blinks are all the same length? Or long vs. short blinks?

Code 6 = ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor
Code 9 = CYP (cylinder position) sensor

There is no code 60 (6 long blinks)
There is no code 90 (9 long blinks)

ECT sensor is somewhere below the distributor with a 2-wire plug. Look for dirty/loose/corroded contacts in the plug?

CYP sensor is inside the distributor. Check out the wiring harness plug at the distributor.
