I have a 2005 Accord EX. The rear doors will not open from the inside. I have moved the child security lock switch on both doors to both the up and down position several times, to no avail. Any suggestions to what might be the problem?

If the suggestion involves removing the interior door panels, please include suggestions on the best way to do this.

The linkage for the child lock may be broken. The only way to access door parts is by taking the panel off. I suggest you get a Haynes manual, it has the instructions.
