I have access to a Civic Window Regulator can this part be used for my 1994 Honda Accord as a replacement. Hope it can because I have this part now.

 

You will want to look up the OEM part number for the accord and civic. If they are the same, then they are identical. They probably have different part numbers, so there will be some difference between them. It probably won't work.

In the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum has a link to parts compatibility thread that will tell you how to look up the part numbers.
