Climate unit, buttons stuck
Hello
I've got an issue with the buttons of the climate unit, thera are stuck (the foot one), there are a way to fix it? I can remove it, but I wanna know if is anybody has been able to disarmthe control and fix it.
I donīt know if the relase button is a mechanical part and need a clean up to resolve the stuck problem.
One pic of the buttons (and a ligth of the face/foot is broken)

That looks like a 5th gen Accord (94-97)....right?
If you cylce the buttons - push one then another, ect does it move the air flow?
On my former 95 EX, I had to lube the mode control moter linkage every now and then as it would "stick". From the drivers floor, look up to the center of the dash (HVAC unit) and you should see the motor and linkage. Try turning the key to on, then as you press the different buttons give the linkage a slight push/tug - should be able to do this alone.....left hand on the linkage, right hand pushing the buttons.
If that doesn't work....time to test the motor. Do you have a volt meter or test light?
EDIT: here is a some what pic of the motor and linkage - again you can see this from the drivers floor looking up towards the center of the dash.

Hi!
Thanks a lot, but in this case the motor is working fine, if I pull the stuck button and press other, I can heart the change in the flow of air. I think that the problem is the button panel I will take it off and disarm it, and I will take some pics for share it!
thanks a lot again
