clock/ air circulation button wont turn off
I'm having an issue with a 2000 accord lx. The clock/air circulation button will turn on and off while the key is out of the ignition. Started to pull fuses and when I pulled the clock/back up fuse on the passenger side the air circulation button turns off. When I turn the car on without the 7.5 clock/back up fuse it will turn on but won't turn off at times until I turn the car off. I'm thinking I have some sort of short.
Is there a fuse for the climate control?
What else should I start checking?

It may be a bad ignition switch assy allowing circuit to be hot w/ key in OFF position. Try wiggling the switch in OFF position and see if this has an affect. If yes, the ignition switch assy (electrical multi-pole switch) should be replaced.
The 7.5A fuse disables the full time power to the clock. Another fuse under the dash enables power to the display and is switched by the igntiion switch.
Suggest purchasing/downloading a Honda shop manual. Check Online Manuals links in DIY forum. Check ebay for a used manual.
good luck
