Clunking Noise When Driving Slow

Default Clunking Noise When Driving Slow

So I changed the front brake pads today and I just noticed this sound when driving slow. There is a clunking noise coming from the right side and when I speed up it goes away. I also noticed the boot closest to the tire on that side is ripped...

Would loose lug nuts cause this noise? I was reading on another forum and they said to check the lug nuts and I cant remember if I tightened them after I put the car down. They were not so loose to where I could turn them by hand but they could use so more tightening. I tightened them up and it seems like the sound is gone....

Same here. Was extremely worried about having to dish out more cash to get this fixed..
