Clutch Replacement on '91 LX
Hey Im new here and I need help. My clutch just started to slip and I am needing to replace it so I'm convinced I'll do it. But I just need some specs. instructions, diagrams, whatever it is, as to how to go about this. Much appreciated everyone!

Check DIY forum "Online Manuals" post for a download manual for your model. Any of 90-93 accords should work.
Check youtube for videos of the process. Following is a good example:
good luck

My dad, uncle, and I did this last month on my Accord with no prior knowledge about Hondas. (they've worked on GMs forever). If we can do it, you can too.
We replaced it with the non-performance clutch kit from O'reillys. Around $110.00. This came with a new pressure plate and clutch, and the tool that is worth it's weight in gold, the alignment tool.
1) with it being the first FWD car we put a clutch in, we quickly learned that you have to take basically the entire passenger side of the front end apart.
2) we did it the old fashioned way. -"is that in the way of that transmission coming down?" "yep" "pull it off."
3) either takes lots of pictures, or remember where you got everything. (obviously)
4) I remember doing a LOT of trying to find a good how-to on the interweb, but with common sense on how a car operates, it's a do-able job.
(no fancy tools, no lift, we did it with the car on jackstands on a slab of concrete in my driveway)
5) the only tool we didn't have, we rented from O'reillys, (ball joint seperater, aka tuning fork)
With 2 old men and a nineteen year old in a hurry, we got it done in 2.5 days. Friday night, saturday, and a lot of Sunday. (the 19 year old, yours truly, had to have something to drive back to college)
Good luck! it's very doable. Refer to point number 2 if you have questions. Lol.
