i have a 03 accord 5 speed with a clutch thats been slipping for a while now but today after running some car and missing 2nd it wont go into 1st gear anymore so the question would be is it the clutch or the sincrose cause all other gears go in perfect also im currently in the market for a stage 1 clutch and flywheel what do u guys recommend???

Does it go into 1st when the car is stopped and the engine is NOT running?

Does it go into any & all gears when the car is stopped and the engine IS running?

 

i tried it immediately but it wont go into first when the car is off but all other gears are perfect no problems at all when the car is on or off

 

Doesn't sound like the clutch problem, that should affect all gears.

Shift linkage (cables actually) need adjustment? I'm not real sure what adjustments are possible.
