Code 14 honda accord
I put a used ecu and tcu from another Honda cause one of Maine was not working so I replace both of them just to make shore so now it turn on wich is great but now I get a code 9 from my CEL LIGHT any clues

1995 there's 3 sensors down inside the distributor; CYP, CKP, & TDC.
Officially, they're not replaceable - you replace the whole distributor. But I've heard of people replacing them somehow. Maybe swapping from a junkyard distributor?
That code 9 means the signal isn't right. Might be a bad sensor. But also might be loose/dirty/corroded wiring connections or a broken wire between the distributor & ECU. You need to rule that stuff out or you might find that a new distributor doesn't fix it.
I think the signal wires for those sensors are shielded, just so you're aware of that before you start splicing wires.
