Default codes 8, 13, &14

Hello everyone...new to the site and I have a tough one. First I have a 95 Accord 2 dr non Vtec(F22B2) with over 150000 For a couple of months my car has shut off on me on the road. The tach needle starts jumping up and then dying. Sometimes ill get lucky and the car wont shut off on me. When it diws, Ill try to turn the car back on but itll crank and no start. Then after a minute or two(sometimes even longer) the car will start and away ill go. So I decided to end this problem so me and my friend checked the car and first thing we noticed was oil in the plug well. So we cleaned it up, replaced the valve cover gasket and only the upper spark plug seals. We replaced the plugs with NGK OE. We took the car for a drive and it sputtered on me and died. Drive it back to the house and tried to set up a fuel pressure test and ended up doing it wrong and getting no pressure. The fuel pump is working..I can hear it. The relay is fine as well. So I checked to see if I had any codes and codes 8,13 &14 popped up. Could be code 1 too. The car wont start at all now. I need this car on the road because its my only way to work. What can be wrong. I also changed the oil and filter today because its been a while.
Any ideas on where to start..I dont want to start replacing dizzys and IACV and taking the car to the dealership to work on it.. please help me out.

I've moved this to General Tech.

I'd start with the code 8 - TDC issue.
