Console Removal on a 2009 Honda accord coupe

Question Console Removal on a 2009 Honda accord coupe
I need to adjust the handbrake cable on a 2009 honda accord coupe. The adjustment cable and screws is under the console how can I remove it.

You don't need to remove the whole console to adjust the parking brake. Just gently pull the console rear trim cover off to access it. The rear cover is held in with 6 clips.

Are you sure the cable is at fault? Sorry, just find it strange that an 09' has issues with the cable....
