The headlights on my 96 accord want to point so far to the right that I have both of them adjusted as far as they will go to bring them almost to the middle of the road. I even put a new set of bulbs in last night(knowing that it shouldnt make a diff) hoping it would help, but nothing. Any thoughts?

Because the forum is going down the tube.

As for the headlights, you can take the bumper off, loosen the five 10mm mounting bolts for each headlight and try to push them as far to the left as you can and bolt them back up with tension on them, i.e. for the pass light, push in on the light near the grille and pull out near the fender and the exact opposite for the driver's side. In a sense, try to "rotate" where they mount to the body.

 

Bolt locations might not allow movement in that direction. You may have to put washers in to achieve the aiming that you want.
