Cracked Timing Belt Drive Pulley

[/IMG] Hello...Can anyone tell me if I turned this into a paper weight? I initially didn't think it was a big deal but later realized that tab may be use for the crank position sensor. Thanks for any help.

What year, model, engine, etc... is your car?

I'd say get a replacement. That tab is likely for the crank sensor, plus it would be out of balance when spinning causing a vibration.

Be careful.....I did the same thing on my 97 Accord about eight months ago. My trip to the dealer turned out to be expensive. Wife went with me, knew I was in trouble, by the time we left we left with the part and a new 2016 Pilot Touring AWD . That was an expensive "parts run" for me
