Cracked Touch Screen
Hi all
I have a 2016 Accord EX-L Navi with a cracked touch screen.
Has anyone had any experience with changing the touch screen? Is there any info about the model number of the radio or knowledge of where I can purchase the touch screen without having to buy the whole unit for 1200.00 .
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Go to a site like hondapartsnow.com and look up the navigation components for your car. It looks like 39101-T2F-A92RM is a cheaper re-manufactured option, but it is still pricey.
It looks like the unit is made by Clarion? I know older hondas had there stereos made by alpine. Alpine would repair the units. Maybe Clarion has the same type of service? You'd have to search the web to find out.
You might want to search for a shop that repairs touch-screens? I've found repair services on Ebay before, but you would have to mail them your unit to repair it.
A junkyard part could also be an option.
You could try to find a Clarion part number on the screen to see if you can purchase it. Not sure if this is possible.
