Dont use any extensions - they reduce the torque that actually gets to the bolt. In fact, dont use a deep socket either. Youmight need to remove the plastic inner fender.

A try w/ your impact hammer is worth a chance. It may work.

I've found that lubing the bolt w/ anti-sieze on threads and between washer and bolt capeases removal next time.
