Default cv joints

I am trying to change the cv joints on my 94 honda accord that i just brought. the transmission has been changed and i do not know or can't figure out what kind of transmission it is. how can i figure out what kind of transmission it is so i can get cv joints that fit? or how can i find out what kind of cv joints will fit my car. i made the mistake of taking out the old cv joints and trading them in for the new ones before i made sure the new ones fit.

Post the number stamped on the transmission: The black bar in the pic is where you will find the number in the attached picture.

Is this an automatic or manual transmission?

For some reason there are no numbers on the transmission. Is there any other way?

I can't think of any transmission that could be put into your car that would change what axles the car would use. So 94 accord axles would work. I would make sure the ones you got from the parts store are right

As long as your engine is stock I'm sure whatever transmission it is will accept stock axles.
